¿    Should I inspect my package when it is first delivered?

      Always inspect your shipment as soon as you receive it, open all boxes and check the contents.

      Is there a specific timeline for returning a product?

      We must know within a 2 day threshold of delivery of any short-ships, damages, or other problems. Inspect all of your products for obvious defects/blemishes immediately. DO NOT DISCARD ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Returns are only accepted back into inventory if they are returned in the original manufacturers packaging.

      No RETURNS after 30 days. Listed products (on our web site) MAY BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING THEM. Those returned products must be brand new (never used) and in perfect condition with all original manufacturer packaging (instruction sheets, manuals, etc.). We strive very hard to remain competitive and to keep our products affordable.  To keep our low prices, we charge a 15% restocking fee of the original invoice. Your shipping charges and processing charges will NOT be refunded. Items that have been used, or obviously not meeting manufacturers conditions are NOT returnable.  If Office Xpress receives products that are NOT in perfect condition including the packaging, NO credit will be issued.

      ORIGINAL BOX OF THE PRODUCT MUST BE KEPT FOR RETURN, FAILURE TO DO SO COULD RESULT IN PARTIAL CREDIT OR NO CREDIT

      Office Xpress will NOT accept returns for used or assembled products (including furniture).

      Call Office Xpress @ 1-866-628-2210 and ask for Customer Service if you wish to return any products.  Products must be brand new (never used), and in perfect condition, with all paperwork and manufacturers packaging.  Customer Service will issue you an RA Number with return instructions. Products returned without an RA number are subject to much higher restocking fees, and may also result in NO CREDIT AT ALL.

      Can I cancel my order?

 After your order has been placed with us, and you need to cancel for any reason, our Customer Service Division must be contacted immediately @ 1-866-628-2210.  Our friendly staff will make all efforts to stop your order from shipping; however we can NEVER guarantee it will be stopped.  We live up to our tagline, Business at the Speed of Light for a reason.  Your order will usually process within minutes of submitting your order.  If we are unable to stop your order(s) from shipping, then you will be responsible for any and all shipping fees and handling charges both shipping to you and also for the return fees to our warehouse.

IF you return the original product, and then reorder a replacement, and then return the replacement product, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee for the return of the item.

What if I ordered a product in error?

We are all human, and mistakes are going to happen.  If you made an error, and ordered the wrong products, and you would like to return them, you will have to call Customer Service @ 1-866-628-2210 and request an RA number and return instructions.  Please keep in mind; you have only 30 days from the receipt of the product for Office Xpress to accept the returns. Please DO NOT return any products to us without prior contact.  They MUST have an RA Number or the products will be refused.

Incorrectly ordered products are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.  If you have ordered in error, and you wish to reorder the correct item, and return the incorrect item at your expense, then your restocking fee will only be 10%. Your reorder item must be a similar product in price and description.

If you wish to return a product but fail to place a reorder, then the restocking fee will be 15%.

What should I do if my shipment is the wrong product, or it is damaged?

W   What condition should I return my product in ?

\\\wAll returns must be in like new condition, in the products original packaging, unopened, with instructions and accessories. We will issue credit, less shipping and restocking fees once the product has been received in our warehouse. Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in additional restocking fees.  Orders that receive free shipping by ordering the minimum required will receive only the free shipping if you keep the product.
